Staying Calm

With the almost seemingly endless badnews and the spread of evil throughout our planet, it is becoming even more important to stay calm.  Breathe. And look within for strength. Set your intent to see the best way forward for you.

You have more power than you may realise.

Even if you feel completely defeated, alone and forgotten.

These words are not designed to diminish the extent of the injustice, cruelty and pain that the evil people are perpetrating and cloaking the world in darkness. 

That is their aim.

They are intent on reducing humanity to a few million. The few million will be of their choosing - of course.

The tools of their particular trade are Fear and Anger.

Choose the path that resonates with you. Breathe, calm your mind for this moment, believe, see the life you want.  Take action.  Do one small thing.

Better than cake.

By pausing the anxiety, breathing, calming your mind and seeing the life you want, is a way to break the pattern in a way that is comforting.  Better than cake.
