Staying Calm

With the almost seemingly endless badnews and the spread of evil throughout our planet, it is becoming even more important to stay calm.  Breathe. And look within for strength. Set your intent to see the best way forward for you.

You have more power than you may realise.

Even if you feel completely defeated, alone and forgotten.

These words are not designed to diminish the extent of the injustice, cruelty and pain that the evil people are perpetrating and cloaking the world in darkness.

That is their aim.

They are intent on reducing humanity to a few million. The few million will be of their choosing - of course.

The tools of their particular trade are Fear and Anger.

Choose the path that resonates with you. Breathe, calm your mind for this moment, believe, see the life you want.  Take action.  Do one small thing.

Better than cake.

By pausing the anxiety, breathing, calming your mind and seeing the life you want, is a way to break the pattern in a way that is comforting.  Better than cake.

There are some other tools you can easily access that will begin to build your strength and take you to your best life.  Amy Cuddy - TED Talk - Non-verbal body language.  You may not be convinced but you only have something to gain by genuinely setting the intent of accepting and following with a neutral mind.

Jacqui Lambie:...the same mistake-I'm owning up to it. Every time I hear the Labor Party talk about how they want to 'strengthen', 'fix' or 'tighten up' our donation laws or say, 'Let's bring on a national ICAC in Australia,' I make the mistake of letting myself get sucked into having a bit of hope that they'll stick to their word. I make the mistake of getting my hopes up every time, and every time...

James Stevens:...'t. The Hawke government and the Keating government could have done that but, of course, they didn't. The Whitlam government could have done it. Imagine if the Whitlam government had established an ICAC. There would be a lot more people in jail, had the Whitlam government established a corruption body to oversee the performance of that government and what some of those ministers got up to...

Jacqui Lambie:...no longer shocked with behaviour that happens in politics. It's beyond disgusting, but it's not surprising, because, let's face it, it happens; it continues to happen. And, once again, there's no ICAC. I wonder why? The latest scandal has had its fair share of faceless men too. This one was just like the other ones: a young guy comes in who is focused on factual fights instead of achieving...
